Purchase, delivery and refunds
Choose your report
Each purchase covers the report edition shown on its payment page. Check the title, language, contents, price and currency before continuing. Bespoke research and other editions are purchased separately.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Available cards and the final amount are shown before payment. There is no recurring subscription. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction charges under its own terms.
Delivery
Enter your full name and a valid email address at checkout. The complete PDF in the selected language is sent after payment is confirmed. An unpaid, declined or pending payment does not release the report. Payment approval and email delivery are separate steps.
If your report has not arrived
Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder. Contact Doka with your order reference, purchase email and report title so we can check payment and delivery. Do not send your password, full card number or card security code.
Cancellation and refund requests
Send cancellation or refund requests to Doka with your order reference, purchase email and reason. Duplicate charges, delivery issues and other purchase problems can be reported through the same channel. Requests are handled according to applicable law and the agreed purchase terms; this page does not waive statutory rights.
Consumer rights
Where Brazilian consumer law applies, the right of withdrawal for purchases outside commercial premises follows Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, including its seven-day period counted from the signing of the contract or receipt of the product or service. Other mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Standard licence for this edition
- 12 months of platform access to the selected edition and its identified supplements, starting when payment is confirmed.
- One buyer account, for internal use by the purchasing company. Do not share the account password.
- Resale and external publication are not included.
- No recurring subscription. Other reports, future editions and commissioned research are separate.
- Complete PDF in Portuguese and English, downloadable during active platform access after confirmed payment. Downloaded files may be retained for continued internal company use.
