Doka Trends and Research respects the privacy of people who visit its websites, contact it or use its services. This policy describes the categories of personal data that may be processed, their purposes and data subjects’ rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

2. Data and sources
Depending on the interaction, we may process voluntarily provided professional and contact information, messages sent to the company and technical data needed to operate and secure the website, such as access logs. Our market analyses may use public, statistical or aggregated data and information obtained from integrated services with authorization.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data may be used to respond to requests, provide services, develop market analyses, protect and maintain the platform and meet legal obligations. The legal basis is determined for each processing activity and may include contract performance, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations or consent where required.
Customer accounts and access proposals
The customer area uses email addresses, passwords protected by cryptographic derivation, single-use invitations and essential session cookies. It also records proposal terms, purchased editions, payment confirmation and access validity. We do not store card numbers; when billing is enabled, payment data will be processed by the payment provider.
Contact and recovery requests are handled by email. There is no research-request form. Attempt limits help protect account access.
4. Pinterest integration
If Pinterest API integration is enabled and authorized, DOKA may access data made available to the authenticated business account, strictly within the permissions granted and features approved by the platform. The intended purpose is to analyze performance indicators and interest signals to support trend studies. This does not mean unrestricted access to individual searches or guaranteed access to Pinterest Trends data. Access may be revoked through Pinterest’s available mechanisms.
5. Sharing and providers
Data necessary for operations may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, security and technology providers, subject to relevant contracts and legal requirements. DOKA will not sell personal data. Information may be supplied to authorities where legally required.
6. Security, retention and transfers
We adopt protective measures proportionate to the nature of the data and the risks involved. Data is retained for as long as necessary for legitimate purposes and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized where applicable. International providers may involve international transfers subject to safeguards required by law.
7. Cookies
The language selected on the homepage is stored in this browser for up to one year in a preference cookie. It contains only pt or en, does not identify an account and is not used for advertising. To change the preference, use the homepage selector; deleting browser cookies also removes the choice.
Cookies or equivalent technologies may be used for essential operational and security functions. If additional measurement or advertising features are adopted, the information and choices required by law must be provided to users.
8. Data subjects’ rights

9. Third parties and updates
External services, such as Pinterest, have their own policies. This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technological or operational changes, with the current version date indicated.
